Palestine Children's Relief Fund

Palestine Children's Relief Fund (PCRF) - founded in 1991 by concerned humanitarians in the USA - provides medical and humanitarian relief collectively and individually to children throughout the Levant, regardless of their nationality or religion.

PCRF's impact also includes the establishment of two pediatric cancer departments in Palestine, a new PICU and pediatric cardiology department in Ramallah, and many more critical projects to sustainably bolster the region's healthcare system. Our foundation relies on grassroots efforts, supported by a worldwide network of thousands of volunteers, to fulfill our humanitarian mission.

PCRF is committed to providing urgent humanitarian aid and critical medical care in Gaza. Their multi-phased approach encompasses 1) Humanitarian Aid, 2) Medical Aid, and 3) Health Care tailored to address immediate, short-term, and long-term needs. The "Gaza Relief and Recovery" campaign aims to address urgent humanitarian needs and support long-term recovery efforts in Gaza. The funds raised will primarily focus on immediate relief, including providing essential medical supplies, food, medical treatment, clean water, and other necessities for families affected by the conflict. Additionally, their campaign will support rebuilding healthcare facilities and providing long-term support through impactful programs and projects to support the needs of children and the health sector in Gaza. It will also allocate resources towards trauma counseling, mental health support, and other initiatives for children affected by the conflict, aiming to foster healing and resilience within the community.

Sulala Animal Rescue

Sulala Society is the first and only animal rescue in the Gaza Strip. It was founded in 2006 by Mr. Saeed Al Err, a man with great love for animals who was deeply moved by the plight of strays.

Before October 7, 2023, Sulala was educating the community about animal welfare, even starting educational sessions in local kindergartens. They had dreams of raising funds to build more permanent shelters for the animals they rescue, and to facilitate international adoptions. That dream is now on hold.

Today, despite Gaza being under siege, and the situation more dire than ever, Sulala continues to rescue and care for stray animals and pets that have been abandoned. Animals and humans alike are starving due to food and water shortages, and blockades on aid shipments. Sulala has been using funds for humans too - to procure clothing and shoes for children, in addition to their ongoing animal support.

All funds to Sulala will support animal and human communities in Gaza.
